Lisa Knapp
LISA KNAPP has enjoyed a very diverse career in the television industry. Having worked in advertising, the music industry, as an executive producer and a development executive, she has honed her skills in every aspect of developing, producing, selling and marketing television.
From 1998 to 2008, Lisa was executive producer and show runner for a wide range of critically acclaimed shows, including THE BACHELORETTE, MOMMA'S BOYS, GENE SIMMONS' FAMILY JEWELS, KNIEVEL'S WILD RIDE, BANDS REUNITED, and YOUR CHANGE TO DANCE.
In 2008 she became head of development for 44 Blue Productions, overseeing projects for Vh1, Bravo, Spike, Own, Style and Trutv.
In 2013, Lisa helped form and launch Wendy Williams’ Productions, a production company dedicated to developing and producing reality programming consistent with Wendy’s phenomenally popular brand. The company went on to develop WENDY WILLIAMS: HOW YOU DOIN' BROADWAY?, CELEBRITIES UNDERCOVER, and DEATH BY GOSSIP.
In 2016, Lisa joined Anvil 1893 as EVP of Programming & Business Development. Her work rebranding the company and strategically developing content led to development deals at History, A&E and WETV, and she oversaw development of KIDS SAY THE DARNDEST THINGS with CBS Studios.
